Bear Springs Retreat Bear Springs Retreat is situated on 27 acres of private land, surrounded by farm land, natural springs, and majestic mountains in the heart of Cache Valley. The house features 10,000 square feet of living space with an open and spacious floor plan that is ideal for hosting family reunions, wedding parties, and large or small groups of close friends. The main floor includes a large great room, dining area and full kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and fixtures you'll need for any meal preparation or catering for your group and events! The main floor also features two full master bedrooms.Upstairs you'll find four full bedrooms as well as a loft area with plenty of games, toys, and books to keep all the children entertained.In the basement you'll find a 14-seat theater room with tiered seating, a 120-inch projection screen, and surround sound audio. Additionally, there is a recreation room with ping-pong and air hockey tables. There are two large bunk rooms downstairs that sleep 10 & 12.The surrounding property includes a children’s playground area with a 2-story playhouse, swings, slides and volleyball/badminton net. In the evening you can gather around the firepit and roast marshmallows.Bear Springs Retreat is perfect for your next getaway!
