Fenced backyard.The gated Clifftops amenities include hiking trails, community swimming pool, lake with beach, tennis and pickleball, and community playground / basketball goal. Note: pictures show lake in community but this home is not located on the lake itself; community beach is about 1.2 miles away from home.Clifftops is convenient to Sewanee's University of the South - just ~15 minutes away with convenient access to interstate 24.
