Hickory Creek Cottage: Monteagle @Trailhead Cabins This FAMILY FRIENDLY cottage is perfectly located for your visit to the South Cumberland Plateau. Located on Hwy 41 across from South Cumberland State Park. Includes an efficiency kitchen (no stove, hot plate available), bath room with shower, studio living, dining table, double bed & twin trundle. Front and back porches. Fire pit. We are next to a main road, but have are surrounded by beautiful trees and areas to walk the 12 acres were on. Nearby attractions:🌲🌲New!! We’re officially connected to Mountain Goat Trail! Check out the trail at https://www.mountaingoattrail.org/Follow the trail signs at the middle, back of our property to MGT. Great for walking, hiking and biking. We’re about 10 minutes from+ University of the South, Sewannee+ connected to Mountain Goat Trail + 9 miles from The Caverns and Bluegrass Underground+ less than 10 minutes to Fiery Gizzard+ 30 to Great Stone Door+ Buggy Top+ Foster Falls+ Denny Cove and many, many more sites plus local restaurants Mountain Goat Market, High Point Restaurant for special occasions( Alcapones old grounds) and our favorite "Dutch Made Bakery" in Tracy City, the oldest bakery in Tennessee, just a few miles down the road. Simply Southern Cafe for lunch. There’s just so much, we encourage you to research the area. 😊We hope you will try us out. 🏚🥾🌲🔥🍂
