Our stunning 1920s home is perfectly situated in the heart of town, offering easy access to all the amazing attractions this quaint community has to offer. With just a short drive, you can explore the University of the South Sewanee, The Caverns, and South Cumberland State Park. Inside, our spacious home boasts a large open kitchen and dining room, a welcoming living room, and a cozy family room. With enough space for up to 10 guests, this home features 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Full, and 1 Queen sleep sofa and two full bathrooms. You'll love relaxing under the beautiful oak trees on the covered front porch, or enjoying meals and making memories on the long side deck.PLEASE NOTE- Guests are required to sign a rental agreement.- Pets allowed with an additional $50 charge. If pets are not disclosed at the time of booking, any pet(s) found in or about the Rental Property will result in a Pet Fee Charge at the sole discretion of the Owner. This charge may exceed the original pet fee charge. Violation of this provision shall also be grounds for expedited eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid.- Early Check in/Late Check Out may be requested. There will be an additional fee of $30 for each additional hour added on.
