Property is sprayed regularly for pests. If you see any dead ones while you're there, that's a good thing! That means the pest control is working. Also, please keep in mind that we do live in the south, and no matter how many times we treat it's impossible to keep every single bug out. By booking with us you are acknowledging that.2. The home is updated with exterior security cameras which have live and recorded view. There is an additional camera located in the garage which is off limits to guest. 3. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly and there are several sheriffs and law enforcement who live nearby. Please be sure to adhere to property rules related to large gatherings, loud noise and parties.
