Equipped with fiber internet, cable, and a smart TV, you'll have plenty of comfort on rainy days.This quaint bungalow is only a 7 minute drive to the campus of the University of the South, home of the Sewanee Summer Music Festival and the famous All Saints Chapel. It's a 14 minute drive to downtown Monteagle, a sweet Cumberland Plateau town boasting many excellent restaurants and great shopping. A quick hop on I24 and you’re only 25 minutes from The Caverns, a renowned underground venue for live music and adventure. If you're in the market for day trips to the bigger cities, we're 45 minutes to Chattanooga and 90 minutes to Nashville.If you are unfamiliar with Sewanee and the Cumberland Plateau, the area is unparalleled in beauty and biodiversity. South Cumberland State Park spans four counties, offering miles of trails, camping and incredible waterfalls. Some of our favorite hikes include the Fiery Gizzard Trail, Grundy Lakes, and Foster Falls. Tims Ford Lake also offers fantastic fishing, boating, and water sport activities.*This cozy getaway shares a property with another house. While the outside areas are to be enjoyed by both spaces, please respect the privacy of the other guests*Cameras are present on the property in order to survey the main yard and driveway.
