Fireside Apartment The Fireside apartment is located in a beautiful Sewanee subdivision close to the Equestrian Center. Fireside Apartment The Fireside apartment is located in a beautiful Sewanee subdivision close to the Equestrian Center. The apartment has a private entrance with a covered patio and kitchenette, its own private bedroom and bathroom, and can accommodate two people very comfortably. No pets are allowed inside the apartment for allergy reasons, but we have a covered 12x4 feet kennel that can accommodate dogs and cats. Also for the safety of our guests, the fireside is being turned off.For your safety and security, there is a video camera monitoring the parking lot.
