Trillium Ranch offers a full kitchen, dining/living room combination, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a porch large enough for al fresco dining for 6 and a nice, fenced in back yard to enjoy. University/holiday event weeks/weekends has a 3 day minimum stay. These include Easter, Graduations, 4th of July, Parents Weekend, Sewanee Writers Conference, Lessons and Carols, weddings. This is only available during university approved or sponsored events.
