Watkins 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Lake Home Come for vacation with family and friends on the waters of Clear Lake located in Watkins Minnesota. This lake home was built in 2005 located less than 2 hours NW of Minneapolis/ St. Paul and less than thirty minutes to St. Cloud and Buffalo. Guests will enjoy lakeside fires, with built in fire-pit & seating area. Nearby boat access, paddle boat for your enjoyment and fishing from the dock. Cottage faces west for amazing sunsets. The property is a 3 bedroom 2 bath. The porch has a day bed with trundle, game table with 4 chairs and a loveseat. Enjoy sitting on the 4 season porch looking out onto the lake. The property is all one level and is located on a flat lot with plenty of space for activities and yard games. The property has enough beds for 8 adults. Master bedroom has a queen size bed with bath and closet. Second bedroom has a queen bed and closet. The third bedroom has a queen bed and closet. Main bathroom has a full shower/tub. Open concept kitchen that includes all appliances/utensils that are available for use. This includes Microwave, Dishwasher, Stove, Large fridge/ freezer (ice maker) Toaster, Coffee Pot/Keurig, Etc. Good drinkable water and soft water for showers. The living room is centrally located with plenty of seating for everyone. This lake home has Wifi for your use. There is a full size washer and dryer and central air. Many interesting local places to explore-quaint towns with antiques & vintage shops! Wonderful local restaurants, wine tasting in Kimball and brewery in Annandale. Please, only 1 pet allowed. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
