Sugar Hollow Marina is 5 minutes away by boat and 15 by car.The great Room features fantastic views of the water and opens up to a fabulous deck. Floor to ceiling windows. Big Screen TV with sound system (indoor and out) and 100+ movies. Vaulted Ceilings. Luxury leather furniture.The Kitchen opens up to the dining area and great room. Kitchen features a full pantry, pots and pans, dishes and silverware with service for 30, blenders, coffee pot, serving trays, and everything you need.Master Bedroom is off of the great room and features a king size bed and private master bathroom.Upstairs features 2 spacious bedrooms with a Jack & Jill full bath. Top Bedroom is the perfect hideaway if you need peace and quiet and features a set of bunk beds.Lower Level features 3 bedrooms, a full bath, laundry and lower level living room.Lower Level Living Room features another big screen TV with some video games and board games for your enjoyment and use. The Lowest Level is made for fun and features a game room with a pool table, a big screen TV and another bedroom.Dock features one covered slip and two uncovered outside tie offs. Private boat ramp on site. Dock also features waterslide and party deck. Between memorial day, and Labor Day, a 7 night stay from Saturdayto Saturday maybe required.
