There is a 6 person dining table and bar seating for 3. The family room has a 55” Flat Screen HDTV mounted above the gas fireplace with surround sound and an IPod docking station. The Master Suite has a King Bed with walkout to deck, 46” Flat Screen HDTV, a full bath with a walk in shower and Jacuzzi tub. The other bedroom on this floor is a King Suite with a full bath and a walkout to the deck. The covered deck has a dining table and large stainless steel gas grill.The second floor features a full kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, microwave and a refrigerator. There is a 6 person dining table and bar seating for 3. A family room with a 55” flat screen HDTV with surround sound and an IPod docking station. There is a King Suite with a full bath and a walkout to the deck. There is also a Queen Suite with Full Size bunk beds with a full bath and a walkout to the deck. There is a full Laundry room on this level. There is a large covered deck with a dining table. The dock has a covered slip, composite decking, and a large sunning deck with a table, chairs and lounge chairs.The neighborhood, free boat ramp is right around the corner. Driveway parking for approximately 4 vehicles with additional parking on road above the driveway. Located 20 minutes from I-75 and the City of La Follette.
