In addition, you are within a two-hour drive of Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and the Smoky Mountains!This unit is perfect for a couple or small family looking for a cozy getaway near a lake. The property offers approximately 1200 sq ft of relaxation. In this ranch style setup with an open concept kitchen and living area, you may find yourself considering this place your home away from home. This downstairs unit offers 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a full gym (the 2 rooms are without a window to better accommodate for rest and relaxation however, they do have closets). The suite has its own driveway and entrance for privacy.Free Wi-Fi | Keyless Entry | Washer & Dryer | Boat ParkingBedroom: Queen Bed | Living Room: Twin Size Futon Sleeper Sofa (recommended for guest under 6 feet) | Additional Sleeping: Queen size Blow-up Mattress.OUTDOOR LIVING: Back yard with views of the Mountains, Norris Lake is nearby, and ATV Trails.INDOOR LIVING: Open layout, Gym, ample seating, TV w/ Xfinity Flex and Amazon Fire-stick, internet, DVD Player, linens & towels, fans, heater (the unit has preset A/C&Heat).KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stove, coffee maker, cooking basics, 4-person dining table.PARKING: In the driveway provided for this unit there is ample vehicle, boat or trailer parking available.NOTE:-Air Conditioner Unit: The A/C unit is a little noisy when it turns on/off.-There are stairs that lead to the upstairs unit (they are unauthorized for usage by both units & separated by a locked door).-Fire pit is located in the yard adjacent from your unit (firewood is not guaranteed). Food City is 3 miles away & typically sells firewood, be sure to grab some so you can indulge in s'more's from the local grocery store!-The twin size futon sofa couch can be used as a lounge recliner or converted into a comfortable bed since its backrest is easily adjustable.-Fireplace inside is inoperable at the moment.-Coffee Maker is provided along with K-Cups.-Beach Towels are provided.-Big Creek Boat Ramp/Man made Beach is 2 Miles away.-You are located less than 2 miles away from Tank springs trail head. You can ride ATV friendly roads from the property to the trail head where you have access to elk towers, ride royal blue, ivydell, and more.Things to Know: -Quiet Hours: 11pm-7am-Number of guests is strictly limited to two. No other persons are permitted on the property at any time-Please remove shoes at the door-No smoking of any kind inside (i.e. vapes, e-cigarettes, tobacco products, drugs of any kind (extra fee will apply))- Discard cigarette butts in designated area -Trash: all trash MUST be in a bag prior to dumping into receptacle (no matter how small)-Do not pour liquid into trash can-ABSOLUTELY no products other than toilet tissue should be flushed (i.e. "flushable" wipes, feminine products) -No food or glassware inside hot tub -Limit hot tub soaking to 15-minute intervals. Consult medical professional -No parking on the grass, patio, or street -No fireworks at the property -Alcohol consumption is prohibited for persons renting under 21 - No commercial photography or filming allowed-Do not leave any food or drinks unattended outside due to stray animals/ wildlife-No burning candles -No utilization of a grill underneath the patio- grill should be 10-15ft away-No dying of hair is permitted. No glitter, confetti, or paints-Do not place anything extremely hot or cold on the countertops/ table
