However, the real highlights are found outdoors with furnished decks, a private hot tub, firepit, and your very own, easily-accessible dock. A kayak and stand-up paddle board are also available for guest use. When you’re not taking advantage of your private dock to enjoy countless water activities in and on the clear waters of the Powell River, hop in the car and find yourself at a number of exciting local attractions. The Smithsonian-affiliated Museum of Appalachia and the historic community of Norris are both less than 30 miles away. Downtown Knoxville and Oak Ridge, home of the Museum of Science and Energy, are both about 45 miles from your door.
