The apartment is beautifully appointed and the location is truly spectacular. It is totally private and extremely quiet. You see the dormant volcano, Mt. Edgecumbe, the boats in the harbor and Sitka Sound opening into the Gulf of Alaska - but no people. The house also has a “perfect” southern exposure and the backyard / patio is just two steps outside your apartment door.
