Calm area of the lake ready for canoeing or kayaking. Exterior renovations will be completed by spring of 2022! These will be a new coat of exterior paint, a fully fenced in yard and a built in fire pit with comfy chairs to enjoy it with! Winter activities skiing, snowboarding, tubing within 30 min! Great local restaurants within minutes. Summer - Northville boat launch less than 1 mile away. Great area
