So please be prepared because we can’t provide refunds for cancellations due to storms and road closures.SWITCHING THE ENTIRE RESERVATION YO FOR A LATER DATEPlease note that sending a request to switch your entire reservation to a different date is almost equal to canceling your reservation and leaving our house vacant and means loosing the income for those dates and since we are running a rental arbitrage, and since we do business in these house we are paying premium rent for them therefore we can’t afford leaving our house vacant for the dates that were chosen before, so we will unfortunately have to decline the guest request if the guest decides to switch the reservation to a later date.
