4-bd/lux house/3.5 Bathroom/sleeps16 Summary:this place is consisted of a front house and an in law unitThe Space:Please note that Reno area is a ski destination and skiing comes with snow and road closures, we wait the entire year for the snow and skiers so that we can balance our income and run our rental arbitrage business, visitors needs to be prepared for harsh weather conditions and they should always check the weather forecast and plan ahead, be prepared start your travel early in the morning if you can to make sure you will get to Reno before the Sun Set when the weather starts being harsh, be prepared to have AWD/4WD vehicles with tire chains and longer travel times (sometimes over 8 hours) or rerouting to get here sometime from a longer route. So please be prepared because we can’t provide refunds for cancellations due to storms and road closures.SWITCHING THE ENTIRE RESERVATION YO FOR A LATER DATEPlease note that sending a request to switch your entire reservation to a different date is almost equal to canceling your reservation and leaving our house vacant and means loosing the income for those dates and since we are running a rental arbitrage, and since we do business in these house we are paying premium rent for them therefore we can’t afford leaving our house vacant for the dates that were chosen before, so we will unfortunately have to decline the guest request if the guest decides to switch the reservation to a later date.Guest Access:Please note that since we don’t charge extra for additional guests we only provide bedding and towels the same amount of the beds, and also always double check the amount of beds as some guests mistake the amount beds with the sofa beds however sofa beds won’t come with beddingsOther Things to Note:PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DON’T ADVERTISE AMENITIES, IF THERE WAS ANY AMENITIES YOU ARE MORE THAN WELCOME TO USE BUT WE WON’T BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEM MISSING OR ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM, AMENITIES LIKE: BBQIRONIRONING BOARD HAIR DRYERCOFFEE MAKERBLENDER SLOW COOKERSHAMPOOCONDITIONERBODY WASHCABLE TVLAUNDRY SOUPIf you see the picture of a barbecue, that doesn’t mean that the barbecue is advertise, you need to go to listing amenities to see if the barbecue is advertised or notInteraction with Guests:There is no physical key !
