Charming Colonial in the Heart of Mystic Charming coastal-chic colonial home in the heart of Mystic, situated in the coveted West Bank Historic District. A quiet road just moments from restaurants and shops, this home away from home affords you an expansive half acre of tranquility with immediate access to all that Mystic has to offer. Enjoy a drink on the deck overlooking the town and peek-a-boo views of Mystic harbor, make the yard your playground, or walk/cycle/drive in minutes to many activities. The house has a fully equipped kitchen where you can enjoy meals with your family and friends. On the second floor you will find 3 bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a queen bed and it's En suite bathroom which has been fully renovated. The other two bedrooms also have queen beds and an additional "chairfuton" size twin for a young child to sleep on if need to. Those 2 bedrooms will share the second bathroom, which also has been fully renovated. You will have access to Gigabit speed internet which will allow you to work and watch your favorite shows on the smart tv's in the Den or in the Family room. Your teenagers will enjoy spending time in the nautical themed unfinished basement, with 2 sets of bunkbeds, a foosball table and a TV for their enjoyment and a full bathroom with shower. The top floor has a desk if you need to work at home while on your vacation.
