Owner is very accommodating on all your needs.You will have access to the entire house, and the backyard with children playground.Covid-19 Ban: no more than 16 guests are allowed at the property until further notice.Center location to all points of interest in Mystic, downtown, beach, restaurant, Coast Guard Academy, vineyard, casino, and many more.Parking in 2-car garage, or the driveway which can accommodate up to 4 cars. No Parking beyond my driveway or it will be towed at owner's expense.We provide K-cup with creamer/sugar so you can enjoy a morning coffee.we provide dishwasher with detergent, dishwasher soap so please don't leave dirty dishes when you leave the house.We have smart TV you can connect your smart phone and watch through wifi.Outdoor gas grill and tools are provided, but please clean the grill after use or additional cleaning charge of $200 will be assessed.Any guest who confirms a reservation at this listing will be responsible for damages up to $2,500. No charges or authorizations will be made unless Owner makes a claim within 14 days after check out.we have only exterior surveillance cameras.
