We are happy to answer any questions before you commit with payments.This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home was built in 2008. it is located on Prospector Mountain on a ridge overlooking Main Street Hill City and the Black Hills Central Railroad (1880 Tourist Train). Enjoy the beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and nearby Harney Range. Paved roads lead all the way to this home with a double garage. It is just a stroll down the hill to “Major Lake” for fishing, or to access the Mickelson Hiking/Biking Trail and Hill City’s Main Street.On the main floor: Primary bedroom with king size bed and an adjoining bathroom with tub & shower. Fully furnished kitchen with side by side refrigerator and plenty of cabinets and walk-in storage for your supplies. Kitchen/dining with seating for 6 at the table and 4 at the kitchen counter. Living room with queen sleeper sofa, love seat, TV and gas log stove. The upper wrap-around deck has a table, deck chairs and gas grill.Included on the lower level with walk out to the patio: Large 26X20 family room with sofa, recliner, oversize chair with ottoman, flat screen TV and a round bar height table with chairs…perfect for playing cards or a laptop spot. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both with a queen bed are also on this level as well as the 2nd bathroom with tub & shower. The laundry room has a washer and dryer. The walk out patio has additional outdoor seating.Other amenities: Central air conditioning, cable TV, and wireless internet access.
