Private 21 Acre Property with Chef's Style Kitchen, King Bed and Dog Friendly Beautiful, gated 21 acre ranch perfect for family gatherings, corporate retreats or bachelor/bachelorette weekends. The king suite has a dedicated work space and glass doors which give you easy access to pool and incredible views. 25 minutes to downtown Austin/ABIA and COTA.Enjoy the chef's style kitchen, swim or play ping pong on the west veranda. It is a haven away from the hustle and bustle of life. Country living with the convenience of the city.Living room has two sofas and a chair, 50” screen tv along with wood burning fireplace ( we provide one firelog per night stay), open to kitchen with a bar and additional bar seats. Kitchen has subzero refrigerator and Le Cornue range. with convection oven. Beautiful dish-wear as well. Dining room has bench seating with two end chairs.The master suite has a walk-in shower with rainfall shower head and dedicated work space, the queen bedrooms share an adjoining bathroom with 60” bathtub and handheld shower. The twins will have to share a shower or bath with one of the other bedrooms.The front veranda faces the front of the property but our favorite spot is outback with a view of the pool and back of property. West facing screen porch is outfitted with a high bar table and 4 barstools along with a ping pong table. Great for having morning coffee or evening fun, or if it rains you can still hang outside without getting wet.Boot-sy Ranch is centrally located to everything you could want to do, easy access to Austin, San Antonio, Dripping Springs, San Marcos, Wimberley and every other small town in the area. We are also close to numerous wedding venues in the area Old Town Kyle, Sage Hill Inn and The Plant at Kyle. Numerous music venues are also very close. Circuit of the Americas, Gruene Hall, Moody Theater, Paper tiger in San Antonio, White Water Amphitheater in Canyon Lake, Luckenbach, John T Floore's in San Antonio. When you are visiting you have to do a BBQ tour around Central Texas - You Must go two-stepping at the Broken Spoke (that is where I met my husband, hence we bought a ranch so i could have easy access to down Austin). The Continental Club on South Congress in Austin, The Saxon Pub, Cactus Cafe, Emo's, Antone's Nightclub, Little Longhorn Saloon, Historic Scoot Inn, the oldest bar in Central Texas, The paramount Theater and so much more.Please Note: You are renting a home on a ranch which means you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Racoons, ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, and take caution while driving at night. You may also encounter the various bugs, spiders, scorpions and mice that live in the country AND sometimes do make their way inside. All properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee no pests or bugs will be visible.Guests will have access to the house, there is a rock wall around the house and pool. Do not cross any other the slick wire fences or open gates to any of the pastures, there are horses you may pet in the pastures but please do not open the gates or cross the fence.Other things to note*There is one walk-in shower, please plan checkout accordingly.**The pool is available to be heated upon request (at least 24 hours in advance). $200 for each day of the reservation + the 24 hours in advance.with a maximum heated temperature of 82. This is to cover the gas costs to heat the pool when the air temperature is cool. The surcharge must be paid upfront and notice must be provided 24 hours prior to the desired temperature to ensure time for the water to warm. We will not provide a heated water temperature greater than 82 degrees at any time in the year.There are security cameras surrounding the entire outside perimeter of the house for added security. The pool is within the coverage area of the security cameras. We do not have any cameras inside the home, respecting our guest's privacy.
