It has easy access to private boating dock on the street, walking trails, parks and restaurants. It is located in a quiet neighborhood just off Spillway Rd. It is close to Hwy 25 easily accessible to shopping in Dogwood Shopping mall in Flowood. It is a short drive to the new Brandon Amphitheater featuring many exciting concerts. There is a 50” smart TV in the living area with Fire TV , access to YoutubeTV, Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon. All bedrooms have 43” Fire TV’s with access to YoutubeTV, Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon. There is a bonus room with TV projector 150 inch screen. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you will need to enjoy a dinner at home. The large private patio area has chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or in the afternoon relaxing with a glass of wine. The yard is fenced in with a beautiful wooded lot. The unit has Nest thermostats to make sure your stay is comfortable. The unit also has a full size washer and dryer, with iron and ironing board.
