Rustic Cabin Near Quaint Town Welcome to '1 of a Kind'!'1 of a Kind' is a rustic 2BR/2.5BA cabin in quaint Valle Crucis. This cabin is just 5 minutes from the historic Mast General store and the riverside community park, 12 minutes from Boone shopping and dining, 15 minutes from ASU, 17 minutes from Tweetsie Railroad, 20 minutes from Main Street Blowing Rock, Appalachian Ski Mountain, and Hawksnest Snow Tubing, 25 minutes to Sugar Mountain and 35-40 minutes to Ski Beech and Grandfather Mountain.The main level of this cozy cabin features a large living area centered around a stone wood-burning fireplace, leather couches, and a 40-inch satellite HDTV with a DVD player. The kitchen is a fully-equipped with stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and handmade wormy chestnut cabinets created by a local craftsman. There is also dining for two at the bar and four at the dining table. The outside deck is appointed with comfortable wicker chairs, a porch swing, a gas grill, and a large hot tub - all with wonderful views of the farm and valley below along with the surrounding mountains.The upper level features a King Master Suite, with a king bed, a skylight in the ceiling, a settee in front of an electric fireplace, and a spacious private bathroom with a two-person jacuzzi and a separate shower.The lower level provides a large entertainment room with a pool table and Tiffany-style light above, a comfy leather sofa that pulls out to a Queen sleeping space, and a 40-inch HDTV. The second bedroom is also on this level and has a Queen bed and a full bathroom with a combination tub and shower.This cabin is not pet-friendly, and access is one step up from the parking area leading to the front door.
