Great setup for 1 or 2 couples or a family - kids will love the sandbox, swings and 200 ft zip line on the property!1 br on second floor (queen), 1 br suite (full) in basement, day bed in loft that can sleep 1 or 2 kids. Weber grill and heat lamp on back porch, fire pit.For your convenience you will have fresh linens, towels, high speed internet, coffee maker / coffee, as well as a 60in TV w/ Netflix and Hulu.Hike the woods or fields on the property, or drive to one of many hikes in the local area. Boone, Blowing Rock, and Banner Elk are easily accessible, along with 3 area ski resorts within a 45 minute drive (Beech, Sugar, and Appalachian). Fly fish the Watauga River which is 14 minutes away, or check out Watauga Lake 30 minutes away.Other local attractions include Tweetsie Railroad, Alpine Coaster, Grandfather Mountain, river tubing, waterfalls, and more.Driveway is a long gravel driveway and though it is well maintained, **4wd vehicles are required for access**.
