A fenced in area near the home allows your dog to enjoy the space unattended, plus acres to run around. Everyone can enjoy the patio sitting area for a daybreak coffee, breakfast, or a day's end brew and glass of wine. Quiet starlit nights are a natural.The living room space features two sofas and a flat screen smart TV. Queue up a classic movie or favorite program. The lucky guests of the master have a King bed and an adjacent bathroom with walk-in shower. Another King bed furnished bedroom is upstairs, along with a bedroom with 2 twin beds. Always something happening there.This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.NO SMOKING allowed at this property, or on the premises.PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **Maximum Occupancy: 8 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib. Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.There is no AC at the farmhouse.
