Great Location, Fenced Yard, A/C, Light & Bright Everything's done in this beautiful 2 year old home! Watch fireworks & beautiful sunsets from your covered front porch, with mountain views from this street! This beauty has quartz counters, tile floors, main floor master with large walk-in-closet and soft close doors and drawers throughout. The kitchen has a large pantry and SS refrigerator with plenty of room and open living space to prepare a gourmet meal while enjoying family and friends. The main living area boasts a floor to ceiling fireplace with an open concept floor plan. The first floor master has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with large tile shower. Stay cool in the summer with Central A/C for our warm weather and cuddle up by the fire in the winter with a cup of tea of a delicious microbrew. The upstairs boasts a large open bonus room with a flat screen smart TV and a sectional sofa - an amazing space for the kids to hang-out. There are two more bedrooms in the upstairs each with queen size beds and a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is a garage for one car and gear storage. The backyard is completely fenced.
