The Cosy, modern home for your entire family This very comfortable and newly remodeled 2 bedroom stand alone apartment is ideal for business persons, professionals or simply those who want a relaxing break away from city life.The main floor features a complete kitchen with a cup style coffee maker and microwave in addition to the stove and refrigerator. Dishes and basic cooking utensils are on hand.The living room and dining area are part of the open floor plan. Several games and books are on hand to entertain yourself. The living room also has a DVD and a television equipped with a Roku device.One Bedrooms has a queen size bed with a sitting area while the second bedroom features a double bed. Each bedroom is also equipped with a window air conditioning unit for your comfort.The bathroom is equipped with a jacuzzi tub, a separate shower, a wall mounted hair dryer.In the entryway leading up to the apartment you can find the laundry room which is fully equipped with a washer, dryer, detergent and an ironing board with iron.The is also a lovely wooden deck located on the back of the building where you can sit and enjoy the fresh air and perhaps a drink. The is also a small fenced in yard where you can relaxThe accommodation is conveniently located along the main US Route 119 about 5 miles outside the city of Spencer.It is also about an hour away from Charleston and Parkersburg and 45 minutes from Ripley. Because the home is located along the main road you will notice some traffic noise. Another trade-off for rural life is that the internet access may not be as speedy as visitors might be used to.
