Large Family Home with Great Location (BHSU, SHS)! This beautiful split-level home offers comfortable living for large families and group gatherings. You'll be walking distance to Spearfish High School, BHSU, Rec Center, neighborhood park, and just blocks away from restaurants, coffee, groceries, and more! The home has five bedrooms plus an additional bunkroom off the upstairs living area, It’s perfectly situated for gorgeous mountain views from the patios! Come and experience the best of nature and community living all in one place!**Please read entire description, including the Nitty Gritty section, and let us know if you have any questions prior to booking**The layout:*This is a split level home with lots of space for groups to gather! Bedrooms/bathrooms are located upstairs and downstairs, with two living rooms, and a large open kitchen and dining area. Plenty of space for you to be together but also have privacy. You have access to the garage as well as two patios and the large backyard. Please note - stairs are required for all areas of the home.The sleeping arrangements:*There are 5 bedrooms that feature 3 king beds and 2 queen beds. There is an additional playroom with a bunk bed that has twin over full mattresses, sleeping 12 guests totalThe amenities:*Smart tvs with YoutubeTV (cable) and Netflix provided. There is also Wifi throughout our home. *There is a playroom full of toys, books, and games for kids*The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and there is a grill on the deck. We also have a coffee bar (complimentary coffee, tea, creamers, and sugars). Feel free to use spices and condiments from the community pantry as well!*We have a high chair, pack and play, and baby bath available for your use*Ample parking with large garage, driveway, and street parkingHouse rules and Policies:**No pets allowed and No smoking inside or in the garage. If you smoke in the outdoor patio areas, please clean up cigarette butts. **Weather cancellation policy: Due to the nature of where we live, we do not offer refunds for weather related events unless the DOT closes the highway or roads prohibiting travel to our town. We experience winter 6+ months out of the year and our area is equipped to handle the snow. We want you to feel comfortable with traveling, but cannot afford to have our calendar tied up only to have last minute cancellations for several months out of the year.**After 4 guests, we charge an extra guest fee of $20 per night per guest. As you can see below, we provide a lot of extras to make our home comfortable and accommodating, but with more guests comes more use of these things as well as more time to prepare and clean the home. We feel that even with the fee, you are getting an amazing value compared to having to book multiple hotel rooms to accommodate a larger group. Please book for the accurate amount of people.Quiet hours after 11:00 pm in outdoor areas to respect neighbors
