However, ceiling fans and a radiant heat system ensure comfort throughout the seasons. • We are limited to satellite internet, which means there is just not enough bandwidth to stream anything. We pay for the best Wi-Fi available, and it's still not good enough. It's our only internet option here for now.• The TV in the property does not have TV service. However, we do provide a DVD player and a selection of DVDs for your entertainment.• Please note that several owner's closets are locked in the living room, bedrooms and basement. Do not unplug or tamper with any security devices, including the Ring Camera, or any other essential devices.📌 This property is under the management of TAILORED STAYS- ABOUT OUR BOOKING REQUIREMENTS -📝 Rental Agreement & Government ID:Our insurance company requires a clear definition of the guest-host relationship, hence the need for a rental agreement. This agreement confirms the terms between our guests and our company. The signer of the rental agreement must match the government ID provided.💳 Security Deposit:A security deposit "hold" of $500 is required for all reservations. It is a temporary hold on the card processed by "Stripe," a widely trusted credit card processor. This hold will take place 2 days before your arrival and will be released 2 days after your departure, provided that the property is left in good condition and the house rules are followed.✅ These requirements are standard for all our properties and are part of our commitment to maintaining the properties we manage on behalf of our owners. They provide assurance to our property owners and protect us from situations where damage caused by guests may not be adequately covered by platform protections.
