The master bedroom features a comfortable Queen bed, ceiling fan, bright windows and a walk-in closet. This room has an attached bathroom with a standing shower and sliding barn door. There are 2 more comfortable Queen bedrooms in the home. Each room has windows with light-blocking shades, a ceiling fan, extra blankets, and a closet for your luggage.There is a full bathroom across the hall which features a shower and bathtub combination so that you can choose between a relaxing soak or a refreshing shower after a long day of hiking or skiing. Both bathrooms are fully stocked with plush towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and makeup removing wipes.KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM Experience the perfect blend of style and functionality in the spacious, updated kitchen and living areas. When you enter the home, you are in the open concept living room and kitchen. There are hooks next to the door for your coats as well as a boot tray so you can kick off your muddy shoes. In the living room, there is a large, comfortable couch and two additional chairs. Gather around the large, HD TV and open the Roku app to log-in and stream all of your favorite movies or shows. Underneath the TV is an electric fireplace that you can turn on for ambiance and/or additional heat. There are extra plush blankets and pillows so you can curl up on those chilly nights. The kitchen is directly behind the living room, separated by a large, eat-in countertop. This granite countertop has plenty of space and barstools so you can plug in your laptop and work or eat a quick meal. If you prefer, you can gather around the six-person dining table and enjoy a meal together. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a gas range and is fully stocked with utensils, cookware, dishes, seasonings, and everything else you would need to prepare a delicious meal- you just bring the food! Off the kitchen is a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer. There is always laundry detergent and dryer sheets for your use. The door to the backyard is through the laundry room- the backyard is fully fenced and the perfect place to let your dog run around. OUTSIDE SPACE When you drive up to the home, you are instantly greeted by the large front deck, colorful flowers and outside space. This space has been recently upgraded with new patio furniture, including an outdoor dining table, and there's also a gas grill for when you're in the mood for BBQ. A few steps down into the yard and you are in front of the large, four-person hot tub. This hot tub was recently installed and gets cleaned and sanitized after each guest. Pull up an Adirondack chair or relax in the hot tub and enjoy the lovely Rocky Mountain weather. The home is directly next to Clear Creek so you can hear the rushing water and sometimes you can even see a rafting group float by! Relax with gorgeous mountain views and fresh air. We can't wait to welcome you. Brought to you by Elevate BNB ManagementGuest Access:As guests, you will have full access to the entire home, including the large garage and beautiful outside area. Guests are welcome to use the full laundry room off the kitchen. Parking is available in the large driveway or garage. Please note there is absolutely NO smoking of any kind allowed inside the house.The Neighborhood:Our house is tucked near the overpass and creek and does not have any immediate neighbors. However, there is a community across the street from our house and different businesses in the area. Please be respectful and follow the speed limits. You may be able to hear traffic from I-70- we are located close to the Interstate for easy access!Getting Around:Clear Creek County has a free public bus called RoundAbout that can bring you to various grocery stores and cities around the area. Our house has easy access to I-70 which makes it easy access to Loveland, Silver Plume and Georgetown. This is a great place to stay if you are looking to go skiing/snow boarding/snow shoeing/hiking in other areas near by like A-Basin, Copper Mountain or in cities like Dillon, Frasier, Silverthorne. There is a rafting company within walking distance from the house (Mad Adventure Rafting) and a skywalk/zipline/adventure center a 2 minute drive away (Colorado Adventure Center).These places are easier to get to than staying in the city and being in traffic on your way into the mountains.We have plenty of parking at our house for your vehicles. Please be aware that you may need 4WD in the winter when it is icy or slick. We try to plow snow as soon as possible, but it can be slick.Other Things to Note:You are in the mountains of Colorado. There ARE bears and other wild animals around. Please do not leave any food or trash outside the cabin. If you see any wild animals such as bears, deer, elk, snakes, bugs, rabbits or coyotes, etc, please just leave them alone and keep your distance.It is illegal to feed any wildlife in Colorado- you could be fined.
