Just 7 minutes off of I-26 you will be nestled in between Asheville, NC and Johnson City, TN.The outdoor space is very private and quiet. The yard is completely fenced if you shut the gate after your arrival, so it is perfect for bringing the dogs along! Enjoy sun on the decks or on the bank of the river, or find shade on the porch or under the mature trees that grace the yard. There is over 400 feet of riverfront for you to enjoy here at River House 52! Inside, you will be greeted by a massive stone fireplace that spans through the living room and kitchen. A cozy reclining sectional is the perfect place to relax by the fire. The kitchen has a huge island with the cooktop inside, so you can visit with other guests while cooking in this open floor plan. It is fully equipped with all of the necessities, so bring your favorite food and know that we have everything you’ll need to prepare it.
