You will love this home's safe neighborhood and convenient location just a block from the sandy shores of Lake Huron and a short walk to downtown Alpena shopping and restaurants.This bright and spacious home is newly renovated and features a beautiful and well equipped kitchen as well as central AC.There is one bathroom on the main level as well as one bedroom with a twin bed, and an office nook with desk space in the kitchen. Upstairs you'll find 2 bedrooms. One has a queen sized bed, and the other a queen and one twin. Also upstairs is a nursery with fun kids books and games as well as a crib and comfy chair.The backyard is partially fenced and the outdoor space is perfect for family time and features a gas grill and fire pit with seating.Smoking is not allowed on the premises. All linens and towels will be provided.Guests can enjoy free high speed internet with wi-fi, 3 Roku smart tvs, and USB equipped table lamps in all bedrooms. The Roku smart TV’s in the home are not subscribed to cable service but DO have streaming apps that you can use to log in to your own accounts.Guests will have full access to the home and yard.We live nearby and are readily available if you should need anything during your stay. We are very quick to respond to messages, and look forward to providing a wonderful stay for our guests.A recent guest review said "The communication is top notch, too! It was a wonderful stay! It’s exactly what I hope for with an AirBnB stay!"The home is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood. The Alpena mapped Bi-Path is a wonderful route that takes you throughout Alpena and along the river and is great for bikers, runners and walkers.There are lovely parks nearby with playgrounds for children. There are sandy beaches .5 mile away with restroom and outdoor shower facilities (seasonal), as well as a beautiful new splash pad during the summer months.If you love the outdoors, you may enjoy bringing your bikes. The splash pad and beaches are just a short walk or bike ride away. The downtown area with great restaurants and shopping is also nearby.There is parking for one vehicle to the right of the home, as well as parking behind the home. The shared driveway leads to the parking pad behind the home and space for up to two vehicles.Guests must immediately alert host to any issues regarding maintenance, request for repair service, or otherwise. Host will not compensate or refund for any issues reported after check out. Guest must also allow host and/or repairman/technician access to the property to remedy the issue after host has been notified. If guest stays after issue is remedied or addressed, there will be no further remuneration or refund. If guest is unresponsive, host will assume issue is remedied, and there will be no further action required.
