(Burns clean with no smoke and no sparks) Located in trees Gas Grill with private picnic table area. Outside water spigot with fish cleaning station.Plenty of parking for cars or a boat. Come relax and enjoy our quiet country cottage!Put your boat overboard at the boat ramp half a mile down the road from our house which is the Perquimans River.Visit the Nicholson House Restaurant (0.5 miles) for some laid back country cooking. They have a nice gift shop too! (Closed Sunday and Monday)Also check out Layden's Country Store near the restaurant for a back in time shopping experience! Hoop Cheese and Fresh cut meat! People come from miles around to shop there! Quaint little town of Hertford is 12 minutes away.Historic Edenton is only 25 minutes drive. Elizabeth City is 25 minutes away where you will find Wal-Mart, Chain Restaurants, Privately Owned Restaurants, Chain Stores, Albemarle Museum, movie theaters and more.After a long day sight seeing, you will love getting away from it all in your own little cottage in the trees!
