Here are some of the appealing details:Kitchen and Dining: The feeling is big and bright in the fully equipped, second level kitchen, with a soaring cathedral ceiling with exposed wooden beams and skylights. There's plenty of gleaming granite counter space, including a good-sized peninsula with counter seating for three. The kitchen flows conveniently into the dining area which has seating for six.Living Spaces: The other end of the kitchen takes you into the living room with ample, comfy lounge seating, a wall-mounted TV and a handy wine fridge. The first level provides a family room, another great place to gather inside. There's also a half bath on the first level.Outdoor Living Spaces: One of this home's outstanding features is its abundance and quality of outdoor living spaces. The first level family room walks out to a large, screened porch, which, in turn, flows into a spacious covered deck. There's a still larger open deck above that on the second level, where you'll find the complete outdoor kitchen. As if that's not enough, steps from that second level deck take you up to a rooftop deck with elevated, panoramic views of Cape Cod Bay. It's the perfect place for cocktails and sunsets. The yard is big and flat, so there's plenty of space for family games and activities outside.Sleeping Arrangements: The first level has two bedrooms, one of which is a big one! It extends the entire width of the house, with a slider that takes you out to the covered deck. The bed is queen size and there's an updated full bath with step-in shower right around the corner. The other main level bedroom has a set of bunkbeds with a pair of twin beds. The third bedroom is the primary bedroom located on the second level. It has a queen size bed and, like the downstairs queen bedroom, is unusually spacious. It has a full bath en suite. There's a half bath on the second level as well.
