The back door leads to a small deck, with rear-stairwell leading out into a quiet, shared back yard space. Pets are welcome.Guest accessTwo off-street parking spots are provided for your use. While it is possible to access downtown on foot, we recommend guests headed downtown to get there via car, as it is a longer (approx 30 min) walk. Many options for shops, restaurants, gas, and nearby services lie within 10 minutes driving distance.Other things to noteThere is no a/c.The Boat View house is on the main road, so please expect loud rush hour (4-7pm) and morning rush (7-9am) noise from cars.The windows of the living room are older and do not provide the same clear visibility that they used to.
