The master bedroom is equipped with a Smart TVs for your entertainment. The rooms are filled with natural light during the day and are warmly lit at night and offer ample storage space for you to unpack and settle into your stay. A modern full bathroom caters well to the bedrooms with its convenient location set at the end of the hallway between both bedrooms. The main bathroom features a tub/shower combo, while the master bath is a step in shower. We have you stocked with a stater amount of consumables and fresh towels and complimentary soap, shampoo, and conditioner for your convenience. Our home has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.Our guests will have full access to the entire ground floor apartment which features two large bedrooms with king-sized beds, a full bathroom, and a cozy kitchen and living room. High-speed internet, a washing machine and dryer, and plenty of storage space make this a great apartment, whether you need a central base to visit family, a relaxing living space for a vacation, or practical accommodation for a business trip. Free street parking is available close to the apartment.Please note that we only supply a starter amount of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwashing liquid, shampoo etc. Please plan to purchase more if you run out. We also do not supply any perishables in the fridge such as ketchup and mustard. Please plan to bring or purchase your own.Potential for noise as this is an apartment. Quiet hours are from 8PM - 8AM. Please be respectful has some of our interior walls are shared walls to other apartments. This is NOT a party house. If you are looking for a place to do so, we kindly ask that you book elsewhere. Only guests on the reservation are allowed at the property. Any excessive noise and activities will be reported by our neighbors. Smoking tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vaping or any other substance in any indoor part of the premises is strictly prohibited. Check out is promptly at 11:00 am. In order to keep our cleaning fee to a reasonable cost our checkout instructions are as follows:Before you leave, we kindly request that you do the following.1. Take out all the trash including the perishables in the fridge and freezer. Garbage and recycle items should be put in their respective outdoor cans.2. Load dirty dishes into the dishwasher and run the cycle.3. Gather all towels and set by the laundry machines. Start a cycle of white towels only. If an item has a stain, please place that in an obvious position so we can properly treat it.Double check you have all your belongings and don’t forget to logout of your personal TV accounts like Netflix. Turn off the lights, close and lock the exterior doors and please notify us of your departure.We currently do not provide any baby equipment such as pack n plays, high chairs etc.We want to make sure you are aware of the refundable security deposit that will be placed as a hold on your credit or debit card. This deposit is meant to cover any damages that might occur during your stay, missing items, or extra cleaning that may be needed. However, its important to note that the hold will be released once we have verified that there are no damages, missing items or extra cleaning. If items are damaged, missing, or extra cleaning is needed than your card will be charged the appropriate amount and refunded the remainder out of the deposit.• Check in: after 4:00 p.m. • Check out: 11:00 a.m. • Self check-in with smart lock • Quite Hours 8PM-8AM• No Smoking: Smoking tobacco, marijuana, electronic cigarettes, or any other substance anywhere inside the facility is strictly prohibited. No tampering with smoke detectors including covering them.• No Pets• No Parties or Events: Please note this is NOT a party house. If you are looking for a place to do it, please book elsewhere. Any excess noise and activity will be reported by our neighbors. • Only guests on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight• Please only flush toilet paper down the toilet. Any other items flushed down the toilet will result in an automatic minimum charge of $250 to have someone come out and fix any resulting plumbing issues. You will be responsible for paying this bill if it is determined that the plumbing issue was caused by items other than toilet paper being flushed.• No moving or rearranging of furniture is allowed. If any guest its found to have moved or rearranged furniture, they will be charged an $80 furniture moving fee. This fee is applicable if an average-sized woman is not able to easily move the furniture pieces back to the original location.• No illicit drugs or criminal behavior will be tolerated. If a guest or visitors of original guest on the reservation is found to be in violation of this rule, their reservation will be immediately canceled without refund and they will be evacuated from the premises. In addition, proper legal action may be taken against the offending individual. Anyone to be found in violation of this rule may face additional consequences, such as fines, eviction, or criminal charges. Before you leave, we kindly request that you do the following.1.
