It is professionally cleaned and maintained.Up to two well behaved and potty trained dogs, at least one year old, are allowed with additional pet fee. If your doggy doesn't meet these requirements, please send the host a note with a little bit of info and a special exception may be granted.This is a non smoking home. Violators will be fined a $500 cleaning fee. No marijuana, paraphernalia or illegal drug use allowed on the property. Violators must leave property immediately with no refunds. Undisclosed guests or pets will be fined $100 per extra guest/pet/night. Exterior cameras are on site for security and compliance.LOCAL RESIDENTS must inquire with hostess about purpose for renting home and IDs for all guests are required.
