Built in 1880, the house has lots of charm, from the printed tin ceilings to its unique wide-board wood flooring. The house has been updated and furnished to include many of the comforts of home and more, such as board games and books for kids. Enjoy a spacious backyard with a firepit (firewood not provided), and a large kitchen furnished with cooking utensils and some food items.Within close walking distance of restaurants, shops, and parks in quaint downtown Morrisville. Also within walking distance of the Rail Trail, a popular biking/hiking trail running through the center of Morrisville which connects several towns. Within close proximity to Stowe, Lake Elmore, and the Green River Reservoir State Park which are a few of the numerous popular attractions in the area for hiking, leaf peeping, boating, skiing, etc. Located in the center of Lamoille County which is home to 14 covered bridges, more than any other county in Vermont. An hour from the Burlington International Airport, an hour and a half from the White Mountains of New Hampshire, and a little over 3 hours from the coast of Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts.
