Arrow Haven- Large home nestled in the forest 10 minutes to the ALWS games. Arrow Haven is our personal home that we rent out while traveling or staying closer to town. It is 10 minutes from Shelby and the American Legion World Series games and 45 minutes from the Charlotte Douglas International airport. The home is very spacious while maintaining a cozy feel. It's a craftsman style design with exposed timber framing. There are 6 bedrooms and an open living area in the basement. Multiple workspaces, WIFI (medium speed), a large luxury kitchen on the main floor and an additional kitchen in the basement. Lots of storage space, a full bathroom on each floor, laundry facilities, a huge deck with an outdoor TV and fireplace, partially handicap accessible with master bedroom on main floor. The basement has an outside entry.The main level master bedroom has a queen size bed and a futon. It also has an en-suite bathroom with a huge bathtub and a slate tile shower. Upstairs. you'll find our son's room that has a twin bed and two floor chairs that open up to make small single beds. Across the hall is the room. we call the nursery that has a queen size bed and a crib/changing table. As you go through the nursery, you will find a hallway that leads to a huge King bedroom with a sitting area. You will also find a bathroom off the hallway that has a shower/tub combination. In the basement there are two bedrooms, one king bedroom with a futon and one queen bedroom. There is also a full kitchen with a dining table, a living room area and a bathroom that has a tub/shower combination.The house is a central location to many places including Charlotte, where there are museums, Carowinds, and lots more. Greenville SC has a great downtown area and a zoo and much more, we are 45 minutes from both cities. Shelby is 10 minutes away and has a nice small town uptown area, home of the American Legion World Series, lots of festivals, parks and restaurants. There is a children's museum and equestrian center 45 minutes away in the other direction. We are in the foothills of the NC mountains. Crowders Mountain, Kings Mountain, South Mountain, Dupont National Forest, Tryon Equestrian Center, Linville Gorge, Chimney Rock, and many other beautiful places are all closeby. Asheville is a little over an hour away.
