The kitchen and baths are equipped with granite counters and stylish Shaker-style painted cabinets, while the kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a large island overlooking the living room, and a walk-in pantry. It's a dream for those who love to cook and entertain!The primary bedroom is exceptionally spacious with 2 walk-in closets, and the primary bathroom features a large shower, soaking tub, double vanity sinks, and a separate water closet. Plus, there is NO carpet in this home - instead, you'll find Mohawk Enhanced 7.5-inch vinyl plank flooring throughout.We offer convenient parking with a 3-car garage, and the entire yard is sodded. Please note that ATV's and trailers are not allowed on the property. Upon arrival, the entry code will be sent to you via text message.Our home is all on one level with no stairs, making it easily accessible for all. We welcome 1 pet (dog only) with a maximum weight of 25 pounds. A fee applies, and prior approval is required.For the comfort of our guests, there is no smoking or vaping permitted on or around the property. We strictly enforce a minimum age requirement of 25 for renters.We also offer monthly rentals, with a minimum stay of one full calendar month to qualify for the monthly discount.
