This Fabulous Duplex Home sits in a quiet community nestled on Mobile Bay, 18 miles away from the hustle and bustle of the beach, and 11 miles from The Tanger Outlet Mall. The Backside of the home faces the west so you can watch the Sun Set every day across the water from one of the many porches, swings, the pier, the yard, or out of the many West facing windows from inside the home. The homes lot is HUGE giving you a feel of seclusion! Kayaks are provided for you to enjoy the waters. The community Boat launch is just down the road, then park the boat in the lift or pier side. With 2 Bedrooms 1.5 Bath on one side (Monet on The Bay I), 3 Bedrooms 2 Baths on the other side (Monet On The Bay II); together this Beautiful Home can accommodate the entire family! The two homes connect with a large Deck that boasts a relaxing Hot Tub to soak in, and many seats to enjoy the views. The 2-bedroom side (Monet On The Bay I) is equipped with an elevator to access each floor. On the Main Level is the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The upper level contains 2 bedrooms, Guest Bedroom #1 with a Twin over Full Bunk Bed and the Primary Bedroom with an Adjustable Base King Size Bed, and access to the large screened in deck. The bathroom is shared by both bedrooms with a shower. This side sleeps 5 persons. Monet On The Bay II is all on the main level. The Large Primary Suite entails a King Size Bed and private full bath. Guest Bedroom #1 holds a Queen Size Bed. Guest Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Over Full Size Bunk Beds for the kiddos. The Guest Bedrooms share the full bathroom just off the living area with a Jetted Tub/ Shower Combo. Both Kitchens are fully equipped to conquer all meals. Plus, each side of the home has a full-size washer and dryer as well! This Will Be The Perfect Home For Years To Come!!*All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.**CALL FOR WINTER MONTHLY RATES - All monthlies must be booked from the 1st to the 1st only.
