The property sits on just under an acre of land and includes a spacious deck and plenty of yard space for recreational activitiesThe Space:The main floor features:Master suite with a full bathroom, walk-in shower, and double sinks.Bedroom 2 with a queen bed.Bedroom 3 with a two-tiered bunk bed (full and twin size).Two additional full bathrooms, one with a tub/shower combo and one with a single shower only.The bonus room includes:Full-sized sofa bed.Queen bed.Triple-decker full-sized bunk bed.Guest Access:**Please note: The garage is not available for guest use at this time. Parking includes driveway parking in front of the garage and next to the garage. The front door has an outdoor Nest Doorbell Camera. Firewood is not provided, but can be purchased in Glen Arbor or at any local roadside stand.The Neighborhood:It is conveniently located within walking distance (1,000 feet to be exact) to the Narrows Bridge, the marina, and Glen Lake boat launch. Additionally, it's just a short bike ride away from the village. Situated on the north side of Day Forest Rd, this home has been completely remodeled and is close to various activities in the area.Other Things to Note:Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation. A damage waiver fee is required for each stay. For this property, the fee is $99 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $1,500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional charge.There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations. If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.**This property is not dog friendly.**
