Outside, the open patio gives you a great view of the canal which leads to Wampler's Lake. Relax by the fire pit, chat with friends while enjoying the patio umbrella, table and chairs, or go for a stroll through the welcoming neighborhood.Recent upgrades include a new front patio & steps, and a new seawall and dock. Fresh lawn to go along with the upgrades means there's great space for yard games and for everyone to play.You are a short walk to Jerry's Pub and only minutes to drive to Hayes State Park, downtown Brooklyn, and MIS speedway featuring NASCAR and Faster Horses.
