The third bedroom has a great window side desk and can have a single bed or a crib / pack n' play on request. The family room in the basement is great entertainment space for all. The two skylights, tall ceilings and abundant windows make this home bright, sunny, and a wonderfully happy stylish retreat. This safe family neighborhood has several great restaurants within blocks walk and is a short hop to Park Slopes many choices as well as several other neighborhoods. Prospect Park is a short walk away with the lake being the closest part. An easy 2 block walk gets you to the F train and easy access to Manhattan. Street parking is easily available with a quick 10 minute drive to the tunnel into Manhattan.
