The full kitchen, spacious living room and bright sunroom will give you and your guests plenty of space to hang out together! Here, you're only 5 mins from Garner's Ferry Sports Complex, 10 mins to Ft. Jackson, 20 mins from Williams-Brice Stadium, and 25 mins from downtown Columbia! We would love to host you!The Space:Main entry to the home will be through the front door. Once inside, you'll see the open-concept main floor with the living room on your right with a large Roku-TV, sleeper sofa and additional seating. Off the living room is fully-equipped kitchen and dining table with two bench seats! The bright and cheery sunroom is in the back off the house! The second living space has two more queen sofa beds!You'll find two bedrooms downstairs; one with a king bed and another with two queen beds. There is one shared bathroom downstairs. Upstairs, you'll find a reading nook in the hallway and three bedrooms. The first bedroom upstairs has a king bed, the second has two queens and the last bedroom upstairs has a full bed. There is shared bathroom with a bathtub upstairs.Guest Access:The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.The Neighborhood:Our home is located in the Hopkins area of Columbia, South Carolina. It sits in quiet, residential neighborhood.Getting Around:Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!Other Things to Note:We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.Interaction with Guests:We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
