New waterfront townhome with views of OC skyline! Summary:Brand new rental located in S. Ocean Pines. This waterfront property has the view of the OC skyline that is amazing! Sit on the balcony sipping your morning coffee while you watch the sun come up over the island!The Space:Brand new rental located in S. Ocean Pines. This waterfront property has the view of the OC skyline that is amazing! Sit on the balcony sipping your morning coffee while you watch the sun come up over the island! This 3 bedroom 2 bath townhome is 3 stories with the main entry door being on the 2nd floor. The kitchen, dining room, 1/2 bath and large living room is located along with a balcony with a view. The first floor has a main bedroom, full bath and a sitting area where you can relax watching TV or reading a book. The 3rd and final floor has another queen bedroom, a hall full bath and another main bedroom with it's own large full bath. You will definitely have room to spread out. Cleaning prices include linens. You must complete all documents including the rental agreement in order to secure your reservation. It is not optional and if not completed can risk losing your reservation, There is one camera located in front by garage area. It is video only and not monitored.Guest Access:Agent will send details no later than 48 hours prior to arrival.The Neighborhood:Salt Cove neighborhood is located in S. Gate of Ocean Pines. It is close to some of our favorite restaurants (Don's Seafood, South Gate Grill, Paradise), Windmill Creek Vineyard, Assateague Island, Frontier town and of course OC! Close enough to smell the salt air but far enough away from the noise and hustle! This is a new rental so it won't have any reviews!Getting Around:Uber, Lyft, or your car. Ocean Pines is a quite community where you can take a bike ride.Other Things to Note:Ocean Pines community has pools but you now have to have ID in order to purchase passes. Parents can get them for underage children but host is not able to get them anymore.Interaction with Guests:Welcome to Salt Cove.
