Moving toward the rear of the house, you'll find a den with another TV, a sunroom that's full of light, and a back deck where you can spend balmy evenings. Free WiFi and central air conditioning are provided for your comfort as well. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
