This tenth- floor unit includes a private oceanfront balcony, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning and ceiling fans. The fully equipped modern kitchen is appointed with all major appliances including a microwave and dishwasher, granite countertops, spacious cabinetry and a breakfast bar with stool seating. There are three flat screen Tv's in the unit.The unit is equipped free WI FI. The living room area includes a floor to ceiling Entertainment Center and the adjoining dining room features a large dining table and seating for eight. Sleeping accommodations include one King bed in the Master bedroom and two Twin beds in the second bedroom. There is also a Sleeper Sofa bed in the livingroom that sleeps 2.Complex amenities include two Oceanfront Swimming Pools, Sundeck, Outdoor shower and two, Hot Tubs.There are two interior elevators. There is covered parking for your convenience, with a clearance ranging from 6'-7.3'. Limit two parking passes. No trailers please. No smoking. No pets. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other attractions include Marlin Quay Marina, Gulf Stream Cafe, Original Sam's Corner, and Sara J's Seafood Restaurant.Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community that is considered to be the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina", but is also home to some of the nation's best golf courses.
