We can't wait to wander through the apple orchards in Penrose, fish among the gorgeous changing aspens at Lake Isabel and hike St. Charles trail and one last stretch to Venable Falls to capture the beauty of the changing leaves. On the home front, our hillside is a gorgeous balance of pine trees and aspen. We have loved watching the tiny aspen leaves unfurl into their full glory. What a beautiful golden grove they will be when they fully turn yellow at their peak!We would love to welcome you for one more stay before we close our reservations for the season around Thanksgiving. Snow is unpredictable and makes our driveway a challenge that we need to manage carefully. Let us know if you would like to come our way and take in a few more nights of beautiful stars, wonderful rambling and restful time together! Beautifully designed for comfort and recreation, Star Wrangler offers something for everyone. Mountain breezes and ceiling fans keep the home cool during the summer months and radiant heat flooring, a wood burning stove and on-demand hot water keep it warm and toasty in the winter.
