Two (2) master suites with all the amenities, outdoor spaces, gas grills, 2 washers and dryers, ( a set down stairs and a set upstairs). Wi-Fi, 2 office spaces, and a privacy fence. Minutes away for the Moss Point Fishing Pier, back end of the gulf with serene views, an excellent spot to walk and relax. Close to beaches, shopping, restaurants, and activities to get away. Only 30 minutes from the casinos in Biloxi, where you can swim, fish, jet ski, gamble, & etc.The Coastal Coleman House Master retreat features a king feathered bed, a sitting area with a desk, a walk-in closet, a large bathroom with a tub & separate marble shower for optimal pampering. The 2nd Master (in-law suite) is upstairs with a king bed, private 3-piece bathroom, office, and family sitting area that an seperate oasis. Two separate Den (family rooms), on the main level, with one featuring a fireplace. Each of the guest bedrooms has queen beds and a separate setting area including a pull-out couch and 50-55" Smart TV in each room. Fully stocked kitchen with all the amenities, Keurig Coffee Maker, Wine glasses including an electric bottle opener, utensils for both inside and outside, gas stove, dishwasher, air-fryer, food vacuum seal, blinder, toaster, just to name a few, meeting all your needs. Large laundry room with cabinet and extra storage closet, area for highchair and games, and extra table. Steamer, Shark Vacuum Cleaner, broom, mop, and cleaning supplies. Fire extinguisher, and first aid kit in a couple of locations throughout the house.'The front porch has two rocking chairs and a swing, for a morning relaxation. The back patio paradise featuring a fully fenced backyard, with a pergola with light, Hammack, Gas Fire Pit, Umbrella, Dining table, egg chair, and multiple sitting areas to host any guest. Artificial turf on the side of the house and back of the garage. Two 50" TV and a lighted dart board. Several games are in this space, including corn toss, large jingle blocks, cards, balls, books, and activities for both young and old people. Several power outlets are located on the patio. A griddle (4 burner Blackstone).A large driveway can hold multiple vehicles. Four (4) Alex is located in the space, (the patio, the family room, and both masters). Each room has a power cord for multiple plugs near the nightstand. Extra phone power cords are in the kitchen. A baby bed is available upon request for a small fee for set up and break down, placed in the room of your choice. A high-chair and several kids' games are available for use.This is your vacation coastal home, ready to meet all your living needs.Other Details to NoteThe coastal space was recently renovated with a coastal and modern vibe, with the comfort of home. Incredible kitchen with all the amenities of vacation and a private sprawling backyard for any gathering.. The Coleman House is near a buzzing restaurant district, beaches, Outlet Shopping, casino, or a night sky perfect for stargazing. The space features three separate air conditioners, and the main thermostat is near the back door, (controls the kitchen, family room across from the kitchen, and master suite). The second thermostat is located between the hall bathroom and guest bedroom, (controls the two hall bedrooms, hall bathroom, and second family room near the driveway entrance). The upstairs thermostat (controls the upstairs master suite area only).The garbage disposal control switch is located under the sink cabinet on the right side. All cleaning supplies including extra trash bags, (large and small), iron, ironing board, mop, broom, vacuum cleaner, steamer, etc., are in the laundry room.The second ironing board (next to washer and dryer), and iron, (in basket in bookshelf next to washer and dryer) are in the second master upstairs. The closet in the laundry room houses the infant’s high-chair and several games. (Please return to its location after use).
